CATHOLIC HEROES AGAINST MARTIAL LAW AND THE “MAGNIFICENT SEVEN” BISHOPS
The memory of four Filipino Catholic bishops are immortalized in the Bantayog ng mga Bayani in Quezon City in recognition of their pursuit of peace, human rights and justice during the Philippines Martial Law regime (as of 2017).
The four valiant heroes of the faith and of the nation are:
